I recall in a former PR that we will be receiving stock in is a publicly traded company. HURASU RESOURCE CORPORATION is not a traded company at this time.

'agelbiz'-- FFGO alone has undergone I think 4 Cusip changes in about as many years, I have yet to see it affect any assumed short. Why would you not expect that short sales would just assume the cusip change just as your shares will do with no effect to ever be seen ?

I mean if I shorted FFGO today, it changed cusip monday, I still am allowed my cover time. I think thats how such would play out.

I have been in several stocks that underwent Cusip Changes, nothing ever happened other than just a Cusip Change.

Under your thought process a Company that effected a Forward Split and changed Cusip would only Magnify shorters possible profits.

I mean many assume that a Reverse Split and Cusip change will kill shorty

I think I am correct in saying that with a CUSIP Number change everyone short this stock will have to cover when the change happens. This could be a bigger deal than anyone knows.

No, you're not correct. Not that it matters; there's no significant short position in this stock.
