I think you took the message wrong, I meant eventually you are going to do what has to be done, you cannot wait for a concensus on what to do because you will never get it.

All I ask is are you trying to get the product released, are you trying to put them behind bars, and what did you find out that just changed your tone?

I posted long ago that I had lost my faith in this company but I would not bash it as I was more worried for the long shareholders holding very large investments here.

I am not a very well to do individual, and therefore simply cannot afford large positions in any company. Please be certain (if you can) that you check with the investors that hold the largest positions, as I am sure you realize that they have the most to lose. As for what I have invested, I would be willing to forfeit that for the good of all, and a picture of the crooks wearing those special silver bracelets would also be nice. If the long investors want you to do what you can to help, then who am I to disagree? If they want it, by all means go for it! Best USNY
