I did all that searching too. I think since Wayne mentioned he was seeking FDA approval on a TV spot he was on, nothing has ever been PR'd about it - so I doubt anything official has ever been done with the FDA.
Not trying to bash here, just don't want people to expect something that might not exist. The Cardio-Cor is not a food or drug. IT might be considered a medical device in the future but they will need a lot more clinicals to pull that off with the FDA.
Hopefully we hear something on the Clinical Trials sooner or later.
I don't find that surprising at all. I don't who started that rumor but to me it was false from the start. Since I first traded this I had zero expectations of an FDA approval.
