Have you totally forgotten how to validate information?!!!

Look yourself at the source of that info -- it points to
an educational facility... Need I say more, or do I have
to spell it to you -- I DO NOT CARE ABOUT SOME STUDENT'S
PROJECT AND (I give it to them) SOMEWHAT GOOD ATTEMPT TO
ORGANIZE SOME DATA... I will be better helped by a link
to an official source from the very regulators you are
talking about!!!!

Please give me some legitimate proof!!!
