The Ven. bond is still around. The only one that was questionable was the Canaday one. All the rest are out there...just google their cusip. And you are right...the SEC claimed CSHD did not own those bonds. They were right about that. The question is, did the GFAs have legal weight AND could those bonds be listed as assets. That I can not be sure of, and the SEC did not investigate that angle so far as I know.
