In order for that to happen, wouldn't the markets be ticking new lows all before the House vote? I thought we didn't want to let anyone else in at such good prices:)
VIX still has that 5th wave I'm worried about. How long of a rally can the Bill get. 2-3 days? Maybe more considering that you have all that foreign money on the sidelines waiting for this to happen. Maybe a 5th wave into and during the vote.
If I was a corrupt politician I would get all the negative voters in first to make the hold thing look like it was going to fail again. Scare the bajebus out of the markets park a few big bids about 5% from today's low and then swing the vote. Pad teh 401k ya know.
