chunga1 -- we'll see -- we're gonna have to talk to them to figure out if there's anything there -- I'd guess there probably is -- he/they sought a comprehensive deal with us back in 2003, after they'd helped us quite a bit in Afghanistan and done a pretty good job of staying out of our hair in Iraq; their proposal then included recognizing and making peace with Israel -- we refused to talk to them, wouldn't/didn't even acknowledge their proposal and request to talk, gave no response at all -- Cheney and his crew, of course -- I've got one more post to continue that string -- will at least indirectly link in the stuff I've posted here about that 2003 thing
