Not sure about the laws, but the first I think anyone on this board heard of the sale of shares was the last 10Q. There was alot of interest in the quarterly, then it got delayed...... then we learned about the huge number of shares given to settle UPDV interest in HTOG to "buy our company back". Reread some older posts and you'll see all of the discussion surrounding the # of shares for $200,000. I was wishing I had heeded the warnings of some about why it was so late... but figured all it would take to move this puppy was a PR :-)
Had there been a PR before this event letting us all know about the share sell through this "note" held by an Exec. before the 10Q we would have been moaning about it, but at least we wouldn't have been in the dark and could factor it into our holdings. That is the one beef I have - simple transparency. If we had more of it we would be near a cent right now rather than down here in the disgruntled 4's.
