Accounts Payable is always part of all balance sheets and a balance such as 1.2 million is normal for UWKI so you cannot count it.

The 600k spent on MV is 600k they didn't have to spend on HW so that's a wash.

So I will confidently speak this soon -- add 1.8 million back into your model before you even consider HW's revenues.
