let me make this perfectly clear for all involved/interested parties....ARIEL WAY, INC. DOES IN-FACT CURRENTLY OWN - LIME TRUCK AND SYREI...
however as part of the purchase agreement both of the original principals in each respective company have the option to PURCHASE BACK these CURRENT AWYI SUBDIVISIONS - should ariel way not meet certain obligations....
and since there was a question (in the minds of THE AUDITORS) or the chance that they, melody or thomas (in the minds of THE AUDITORS), may on the off chance excersize their exit options (at some time) THE AUDITORS thought it best to have their(lime truck and syrei) numbers not included in the audited section of the 10QSB... they are included as noted on page f6 in the unaudited section
please note that IT WAS AND STILL IS the opinion of management/arne that both companies could/should have been stated in the audited section of the most recent 10qsb.... please also note that in the wake of the enron shake up that ariel's auditors thought it prudent, at this time, to show additional caution and restraint. the auditors won that battle and we have the 10qsb in it's current form ... however it does NOT CHANGE the fact that lime truck and syrei are subsidiaries of ariels at this time.....
fei: awyi/arne has very good relationships with the former owners(now current employees of parent company awyi) of these two current awyi subsidiaries. neither former principal (melody or thomas) have exercised their options to extract either company(lime truck or syrei respectively) from the awyi family of companies..... and have - time and again given extensions to awyi/arne to acquire the capital necessary to handle ariel's outstanding financial obligations to them...
we/ariel/arne/melody/thomas expect that lime truck and syrei will continue being a part of the umbrella corporation known as Ariel Way, Inc. - for many, many ... many years to come......
