Just looked at BK filing on Pacer:

1: The first hearing is on Oct 3, 9:30AM.

2. Assets: 32,896,605,516

3. Debts: 8,167,022,695

The debt consists of notes, due anywhere from 2009 to 2014, most of which are held in trustee by the Bank of New York.
