Sales were not up but surprise 'shares for debt' agreements should be down....which should make the books look alot more positive, IMO

i am new to trading and have been playing around with some of these cheap stocks. i bought this a couple months ago at first it was making money i was up $30 now i am down $99. does anyone expect this to go up at all i would at least like to break even again.
