In our situation it is purely greed. He is not incompetent. He could not be able to work out deals the way he does in all of the companies he has done this with. He is a very competent slimeball pink sheet CEO. He accomplishes his goals each time and that is to make money for himself, then off to Thailand with the fake CEO and dead company.
