have you considered that they are moving the site to another web server with another vendor? Maybe the vendor they've had won't give them space they need now. Maybe the new requirements of all these added companies they've acquired puts them in a more expensive bracket with current vendor and they can do better. Maybe, now that they are 3 companies, they don't need 3 websites on different servers and are consolidating.
I've looked at all the history with this (dilution, no products) and got in strictly as a lotto play and put a few hundred bucks here a few months ago. I have no high hopes here (though I give a pop about 50/50 chance at some point), but thought I'd at least throw some other potential reasons for website to be down than just fraud - though it could be that, too.
