The Constitution does not allow you to coopt the state in forcing your silly superstition on my children. Nor does it allow you to use any other state apparatus to promote your superstition.

You mayt however practice your goat slaying or whatever other manner of divination you wish at your house or church. And I will defend your right to do so.
