I don't beleive a company that just spent 4 Mil. is going backwards. And I agree there is too much bashing going on here. I also beleive when the gas is at full flow there should be some great numbers that will take this stock to penny land and above in a few years!

I agree, but there has been a reverse 10 to 1 split some time ago and now that the shares are going back up nearing a Billion outstanding. Some worry that there could be another reverse split and dilution may occur at that point.

It is also possible that the November figures may be the first really positive cash flows in which case things could look very up. Energy is a commodity growing scarce, it's a good play IMO.

If Jack or anyone is viewing this... don't do another split on this stock! It needs to have time at full flow through these pipes to get the cash infusion and bring the stockholders back!!
