i knew about the other saviours from before the time of the jesus story, but i wasnt familiar about your other comment on the person who put the bible together being an atheists...in theory someone had to compile it all as the stories were written over a period of decades into centuries... who put it together?
frim what i remember about my religious upbringing as a catholic, mary played a bigger role than than jesus... as well as the various saints... suffering seemed to be the main theme from what i recall and then the periodic redemption that confession allowed...
