[corrected] interesting...would an increase to the A/S be just as damaging to shareholder value as a R/S? i guess the R/S would have a more immediate impact.
IMO....I beleive SPZI is trying to re-instill shareholder support with this Bloomberg deal so when they raise the A/S we have a reason to hold, and not run for the exits, so they can dilute more.
