Outrageous, my take is that if LeBrun talked about TFN at all he is still on board.... otherwise he would have said he wasn't involved any more. (Just my take.)
What if the "regrouping" had to do with buyout? (Just a question.)

It has been my impression that TFN never has had the funding to come to the USA. The revenue they are making is barely keeping them afloat in Canada. Most networks/Satellite providers, require a free preview period. That timeframe is usually paid by the new edition,(TFN)!! Not cheap!!

Therefore, that would lead me to believe that Two Blue Rhino is being given shares to pay them for their services...most if not all. Carriage in the USA is not cheap. I do not think that TFN can do it as a stand alone company. Watch for them to either sell out or take on a major partner to have a cash infusion for the run to the USA!!!! Watch for this type of announcement to happen by Mid December!!!

As for BKMP. Please remember that BKMP has no connection with TFN except that we own a certain percentage of the shares. That percentage remains suspect. Sandy/SlimJim have their hands out waiting to be paid!! Current management has a reputation of coming on board a company, turning it around and leaving with their pockets full!!
