i'm not sure what a tie in sled is or what it does. i do believe it's designed for the sea floor as a 'mud mat'. i wonder what, from the recent PR: ...cartridge layout that allows for installation of hydraulic flying leads, electric flying leads, gas lift jumpers and other subsea equipment from the seabed, thereby eliminating the need for expensive, surface-based installation equipment. what a cartridge layout is?
