Thank You for the advice, however, the way the stock has been trading, I could not see putting such a tight stop on it. Stocks will make erratic moves, especially in this market and in this stock. I almost certainly would have been stopped out at one time or another if I had put a stock in at 41.30, but then I may have missed the fall to 37. I'm a swing trader, I try not be effected by nearly random short term price fluctuations - but I do want to eliminate risk whenever I can, which is why I move my stop to cost when a modest profit is shown.
