Well, that's simply not true. If you look at the balance sheets, you will see that there have been year over year INCREASES in shareholder equity:

2005 - $9,509,000;

2006 - $10,206,000;

2007 - $21,979,000;

2008 - $23,932,000.

My APIA(O)shares have literally been dissolving in front of me since a year ago last April!!!!!!!!! What can we do?????
