On the positive side big.. this little stir, "did they or didn't they" you can count in this issue and thought going straight to the top of GPNH.. There's people out there, who obviously for distance and communication reasons we can't get through to.. And getting dumped on ain't part of their plan..
I got the impression from Elsa,, although she did not discusss the 10K, nor did I ask,, We already know what it's gonna be,, great good and better..

The new restructure of the BOD, as Elsa was telling; me are one heck of a great group.. We are on their minds too and now part of this company...
Elsa and I discussed the EPS too briefly, last time I spoke to her, few days back, , and agreed, there's a minimum of a 25% EPS in our PPS structure. It's one of the most exciting points she commented on.. The company is very excited of the coming days, weeks, months, although i did not ask what time to expect NASDAQ. With all that's in here,, all I can do is share the excitement the company has for us..
