lol...growing trend? How about already established base of Excel users world wide. Btw, Excel can be used in over 50 languages. It's pretty common fact or knowledge.
In the meantime, ask the question...what is the common denominator for a Bloomberg and Spooz business deal in the first place. Ahhh...Spooz is Excel based and so is Bloomberg.
If there wasn't already and existing market for an Excel based trading platform then why would a multi billion dollar compay such as Bloomberg partner with Spooz to create an integrated product for marketing...hmmmmm!
What could possibly be in it for Bloomberg to do such a thing...let's see, increased revenue maybe. That's the reason any business does anything...to increase revenue flow! Same goes for Spooz....what better launching pad than to partner with Bloomberg, with an integrated product, that they will also benefit with via revenue.
