One can just as easily go to Pinksheets.com and look at a company's short interest which indicates right up through August of 2008 that there were still shares shorted on HMGP(which although it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with naked shorting, it does indicate that the information posted on that "failuretodeliver" site is highly suspect.)
Manti - I believe you are incorrect. Rather it looks like NO shares delivered since that time, or they stopped tracking it. Compared to other tickers, it's clearly at the bottom if there are low or no "fails to deliver". My guess is that they simply don't have data on hmgp since 2005.
