There has never been a hint or a word or anything whatsoever in any PSL contest where it has ever been discussed or considered whether or not you could break up a single unit. You buy it, you freeze it, you sell it. Period.
That's why PSL stands for Pick SIX Lotto, not Pick FIVE and Two Halves Lotto.
The only discussion we have ever had is whether or not you can undo a double down (ie sell half). That HAS been discussed and that is the only issue that could even have any merit at all - though it has been dealt with and settled.
If you didn't mean double and later sell half, then whatever you did mean doesn't really matter. There will never be the ability to start breaking up individual units. It's complicated enough.
