Dufus claimed CSHD was Naked shorted and this was the whole basis for him filing on time and responding to the sec and wanted the records pulled. He also claimed he bought up the float and had it stored somewhere, but yet he had proven nothing at all. We also found out that the stock was not manipulated except by Dufus himself for the false claims of owning anything and having millions in the bank.
What we found out was he and his family were trying to make a fast one and sell until they were halted. The sec should have let them sell even one, just to show there was the dump.
Miracle, the only miracle was the sec catching the creep before he made off with millions.
My mastaflash, "Of course, as if by a miracle...CSHD was not naked shorted at all...not once. Truly amazing. How blessed were we? The whole world was being NSed, especially the bad companies. Was CSHD a good company? Must have been...NSers left us alone!...now if only the SEC had minded their on bees wax."
