JJ -- save the ink in your typewriter. You rightly point out that people should stop the name calling. In return you get agreement from someone who then uses "nut cases" and then agreement from someone who then uses "tout."
What I propose is that AJ delete all the messages today/yesterday that involved all this bandwidth wasting (including yours and mine if needed) and we all start fresh. Goodness knows that other than odd entertainment value, there's no reason for the posts to be here.
FWIW, I have no foot fetishes, but I agree with AJ that it's a topic as smelly as the SOX and more worthy of discussion.
