i guess they've used the terminology interchangeably. i'm going with Steve's response, BUT, i can understand the confusion, as a Subsea Deployment Basket is a stand alone piece of gear (without Lead). what are you going to do, lol........

I think the evolution of flying leads and deployment methods changed the terminology over the years.
SDB Subsea Deployment Baskets is one use of "basket"
"The 10' and 16' baskets" probably refers to SDBs

Another basket is located on some Morays.
"Two 25ft long electrical flying leads (EFLs) are parked in the basket" ...

In the UK it is a "figure of eight" deployment frame
