Only 10-k's are audited with any listed company...
...I didn't say I like management, but I know most management in these penny stocks is not worth a damn. I'm looking for the stock to appreciate and consistantly focusing on the negative isn't going to help that. You must be a self masochist, because you seem to hate the management here yet you continue to hold the stock and complain about it.
