#8448 RE: Mississippi Delta #8434

Once again Mississippi Delta you are right on target. Mr. Clarington now is being revealed as the scape goat for the bad treatment that he received from H3 after he signed the joint venture document with H3. This is more than a "rent dispute." Clarington was not treated right and that fact is going to come out during the upcoming litigation. Publicly traded companies should avoid mistreatment of business partners because it will affect investor confidence and relations. What happen to all the goodwill that H3 once had in communities across America? In my opinion, I wish that H3 could have more leadership like you Mississippi Delta that puts the interests of all H3 shareholders and the increase in HTRE PPS as being very important corporate goals.
