ok i would definitely not say reliable at best, give the guy credit, i mean he turned a completely cellar boxed piece of shit company around with no toxic financing and no rs. He reduced the authorized shares, changed the name and symbol and has made some great acquisitions with incredible revenue value. Extending the bidding process happens all the time with construction, especially when it means more money, so thats not a big deal, all he said was that he was giving a 10 day bid extension allowing all bids to be in by 10 days, he didnt say when he would announce the winner because he didnt know after the 10 day extension. As for early next week, anything couldve happened with the bidder, such as minor changes that needed to be made to the bid and back and forth legal and negotiation. The fact is that theres no dilution, and the pr will come when it comes, and it is only the first of many deals he has on the table. I'm getting kind of sick of everyone bashing marek, give him time, this is a new company, and hes trying to make the most money and do things the right way, the pr will come when it comes.
