2 things about that Badge...
It might not be flattering, but I think for the most part, if Keith DID "ungag" the Transfer Agent, shareholders would be like a dog chasing a car: They wouldn't know what to do with it if they got it. It would be anti-climactic in light of the constant fuss that is always made over it.
What if the TA was ungagged? I don't think it would amount to a hill of beans in the difference it would make. Relatively speaking, the A/S is already so much less than what is normally seen amongst pink sheets. The share structure is easy DD that even a novice investor can understand... but IMO it's not this end-all, be-all piece of information that the whole world's welfare is hanging by, like it's made out to be on this message board.
Secondly, Keith's not going to ungag the TA... no way, no how. It's just not going to happen. You can moan and groan until the cows come home (actually seems like that's already been done several times over) and he's not going to do it. Whatever his reasons are, that is how it is. Given that, it's a huge waste of energy to sit around complaining about something that is not going to change, when that energy could be better spent on other areas of more substantial DD that could yeild plenty of information about Hemi to help any shareholder or potential investor know how they feel about HMGP.
Beyond that... what "rumors", Badge? And gee.. where are they coming from? Please enlighten me and share some examples of rumors and specifically how unagging the TA is going to stop each of the rumors... I'd really like to know that.
Naken shorting? "Oh darn... the share structure is known! I guess I'd better stop giving AUTO these short shares to sell!" How exactly does that work?
Late posted trades? "Oh darn... someone gave away the share structure, so I guess I better stop making these out-of-sequence entries because that share structure is so intimidating! Now that they know it's not coming from the company for sure, I guess I better just stop, just because."
That's ridiculous. The late posted trades were showing up for a long time when the share structure was still much more accessible and it didn't stop them from showing up in the least. Same goes for the naked shorting.
I contend that you're far overstating the issue, but I'll stop short of commenting on motive.
