If you can remember back to the Q and A,Brian mentioned that it was a rent dispute with our joint partner and he expected this to be resolved shortly and the HHSS to open soon after.The mere fact that our beloved Rabbi doesn't espouse the wonderful virtures of our joint partner and update us on Miami is very telling by his silence on the matter.I am using Brians's comment and our Dear rabbi's silence on the matter to come to this conclusion.(putting more weight on Brian's comment)Again,I know you are fixated on projections,financial as well as shops to open.Now you see the danger in giving out unrealistic expectations from the past,especially with a developmental stage company!!!
