yea,..really,...this is quite a dog and pony show they are putting on,...LOL

i have an idea about this banning shorting on the 799 financials,...

how about not allowing any of these companies/banks principles (CEO's, CFO's, ect.) do any selling of their shares into the market,...until this crisis is over or at least as long as the ban is in affect.

whats's fair is fair.
