Personally, I like "action" instead of "plans". SRSR's last PR talked about "plans". IMO, "plans" on a PINKIE do not give much confidence to potential investors.
PRs like we have signed a drilling contract will make investors take notice. IMO, the longer the clock ticks with no "action", the more likely the PPS will continue its decline to sub-penny.
