The law firm will get what the Bankruptcy Court awards, and it will be nowhere near normal rate of 1/3.

That's another element to the early settlement with Quicksilver IMO. There may have been a negotiated adjustment clause for the attorneys involved.

It certainly won't be 1/2 IMO.
