As of 1Sept08:
Authorized shares...200M
Outstanding Shares... 58,249,904
Public Float...25M

This has also been verified by the CFO.

**Note...There are an additional 1,150.000 shares committed under a 2005 class action lawsuit settlement that are reported but have never been formally issued.

You'll see that this stock trades much tighter than a 25M float because IMO there are a number of block shareholders who have 'bought down' and held tightly during the legal skirmish of the last 2 years.
