I said, very clearly in more than one post, that I don't believe they were trying to sell their shares. ML did not restrict the buying or selling of CSHD by anyone....so there goes the 'protecting investors' theory down the drain. That's laughable really...one broker on the hook for $40K...OF COURSE he is going to bend the truth out of shape.
