my guess is the Flying Leads that have been in the assembly bay for a few weeks get matched up with those baskets.

I have some screen caps of them putting the extra panel back in the doorway. Looks like they have done this before and this is just the first I (and a few others) noticed it.

They got those carosels together quick, considering all of the cutting and welding that goes into each one.
