Agreed the pr will tell all when it is released. ICOP, IMO cannot be ruled out yet as a candidate. The insiders are buying for a reason, and a merger with ccmj could be the reason. This could be our two public companies, or it could not, worth a poking around at. There are more buying ICOP then just the insiders.
