Which on its own takes out Laurus with plenty left over (wasn't Laurus in the $2M range?), Hallwood notwithstanding. And, to me, that is the best news of all.
Incredibly good news...Laurus is GONE as soon as the escrow percentage is paid to them which should be very soon.
Seriously...VERY VERY VERY few companies get out of the Laurus ("We loan to own") hangman's noose once they enter BK. I really can't remember ANY company ever escaping the gallows in 7 years of trading. Damn that's good!
Just waiting for the 8K now announcing the Laurus debt payoff which will extinguish ALL Blast/BESV outstanding debt from the BK filing.
