Looks like some so-so/good news...but, an avg. of 12 restaurant/retails per airport location? Are the airports beginning to copy the Las Vegas casino indoor shopping model?
Skin deep its only at a Chili's Too restaurant inside the Delaware airport with 4 (test?) terminals.
OT- I like that end/begin year advice, and will implement it myself.
