Trinity, Well if we didn't have a climate that would get us a fair shake before this financial melt down and obvious mismanagement by many, including the SEC, we do now going forward so I would love to get this one in front of a jury - we are only ones who are for sure the innocent and have a right to a fair shake and damages. And the DTC is on the top of my list as the bad boy...maybe others but definitely the DTC.
The brokerages not pushing back on the DTC (especially when they know of even a court questioning things) when they have the juice, lawyers, and $$ doesn't excite me about their concern for their customers - you and I.
