here's Steve Haag's reply to where DDI North is located:

Good Morning, Ron.



The building is off campus just to the north of Channelview several miles.



We do machine work, etc., there since before I started in December of 2006.



Attached is the photo of the satellite that transmits the video signal you see from DDI North. So, it is slightly slower than the other cameras.
