The stock is trading at approximately 1/100th of that amount. That is enough proof even for someone who knows nothing about companies or the stock market.
Anyone who would pay Scamtini .03 per share for FFGO's stake would certainly be willing to pay up to 2 cents per share for any stake he might be able to acquire in the open market. The fact that it is obvious that no one is willing to buy the stock up at even approx 1/10th of the price Scam Boy talks about is all the proof anyone would ever need.
HGLC is a hoax scam. it has nothing worth the 9 billion dollars or so it would be valued at to make it a 3 cent stock.
