Hi stockseekerok, Yes...you are correct, but no one should post inaccurate statements as facts, confusing newbies that one is definitely coming. It is not true.
To be clear, this is what was said last week in a PR (see below), which means that there is NO IMMEDIATE concern about this. It could be "contemplated" at some time in the future which doesn't even mean it will definitely happen. Again, there should be NO CONCERN about a Reverse Split until after the dividends are paid in full...then...maybe we can start factoring it in to our trading decisions.
"1. There will be no Reverse Split of the Company's shares of Common Stock. No such action would even be contemplated and definitely not until such time as all outstanding and pending stock dividends have been paid to stockholders in full."
