We knew this a long time ago:

"If you read the GFAs, you can see that in the event of non-performance, they revert back to the original 'owner'."

Why do you think folks posted that Rufus NEVER paid the fees for these instruments? LOL! Old news.

But you just get mad because MA dumped shares. After all, that's what prevented Rufus from running the business and forced him to lie.

BTW - It doesn't take an accountant to figure out that you can't list something as an asset that you do NOT own whether you intend to own it or not. If the agreement is not done, you don't own it. Try selling your friend's car on autotrader that you agreed to buy but never followed through and see how that works. Geesh.

Ok so you think they were real- but lost due to lack of performance on CSHD part.

Now do you think the SEC is at fault for that lack of performance causing the loss of the assets?

If the answer is yes- do you think that someone who is name begins with an R ends with a S should have brought this inconvenience up in court with the SEC?

In any of his filings did he mention "You call my bonds fraudulent but they were real- because of this court boondoggle I have lost billions in project financing"

No he never brought it up or said anything about it. So the odds of them being real and him really losing them due to lack of performance brought on by the SEC seems like a long shot at best. If it WAS really the case as you played it out in your post then he should be fired for not raising he!! with the SEC and calling them out.

Another red flag IMO was when he claimed the 2 billion in treasury checks. HE claims that he submitted them to Alana Black saying they were real and he wanted to put them into CSHD. He then says that she never returned his call about it. How does her not returning his call become a financial hurdle for him and cause him not to achieve the 2billion in business he planned for CSHD? Why do you think he never followed up in court going after Alana Black for being a part of the evil manipulators? What do YOU think about the 2 billion in treasury checks story?

What's funny is one of the bonds matured and disappeared off the face of the planet. You would think that would be something handled in BOLD with the bond documentation (GFA) considering the business is built around it. Check in your documentation see what it said about the bonds at their maturity date (which I believe one of them matured in Apr 07). I bet you a wooden nickel its not even mentioned once.

Mastablaster what assets, dufus never had any. The bonds that dufus suppose to have access to. Number 1, dufus never had anything or he would have not stop doing business. The sec never stopped him. In fact they wanted him to do business. This would have proven they were wrong and at the same time if they were true, I am realing going on a limb here, if the assets were real, then the pps would have soared even after the halt because the sec would have egg on their face and dufus could have filed suit. Then again he would have to have a lawyer for that.

Remember this is what he does and he never loses! This is dufus's own words. So why not raise those questions to the idiot and see what you get. Dufus Crap!!
