I sold on 7-16 at $1.65. Got the dividend which puts the price over $1.70. I doubt that it sees that again for a long long time.

I still can't figure out why I didn't get the full dividend. Did they hold some out for foreign taxes? I held my shares in an IRA, so if they did hold out for foreign taxes, I will not be able to get the difference.
