I DO know the new terms of the JV contract. I don't know the terms of the profit sharing deal, which is my point. I can't value a real but unknown risk as if it doesn't exist.

The fact that the cap on future value my investment can attain is "way down the road"... means that I value that loss of future potential in a share NOW...
